Dean Baldwin : Discover a City Hall secret at the on-site commemoration of the occasion during which the artist attached himself to the building. Dean Baldwin has engaged with various buildings around the world: Munich, Germany and the Gladstone Hotel in downtown Toronto. For Nuit Blanche, the artist will hang off Toronto City Hall. Or will he? Toronto City Hall, 100 Queen St. W. Disclaimer: for nuit blanche, the artist will not be hanging off of city hall. We will also be providing 2 window programs during Nuit Banche in Toronto on Saturday night, with a performance by Ryan Kamstra and Margaux Williamson at our east-side 1080 space and a screening of Temple Bates' animated film "Peeker" at our 1086 space. Both programs are viewable only from outside the galleries.   Ryan Kamstra says:  "a guerrilla action with friends margaux williamson, lee tondrow, marlena zuber. at  Katharine Mulherin with, respectively, an army of nodding pigeons, a hate on for homelessness, for big money's undue influence on this city. or vice versa. and acdc. kind of collectively. sure. Then it (hopefully will be) recycled as a video loop in the gallery window for the rest of the night"
